Garlic Creamy Pasta with Shrimp and Baby Spinach

Cook your dinner in 30 min!

Ingredients

1 pound Shrimp

Pasta

Baby spinach

Freshly ground pepper

Salt

6 cloves garlic, chopped

olive oil

1/8 cup of butter

White wine

Heavy Cream

Let’s cook!

Step 1:

Boil a pot of water and cook your pasta until Al dente

Drain the water, put aside the pasta for later use

Step 2:

  • Turn medium heat
  • Put olive oil (about 2 tablespoons)
  • Put the lovely shrimps in the pan and fry until pink (cooked)
  • Put in all the chopped garlic
  • Put the pasta in and pour in the heavy cream until almost (but not) cover the pasta

  • Turn the heat on a little bit… put in the butter and wait until the cream gets sticky
  • Pour in two tablespoons of white wine
  • put in the baby spinach and stir for 1 min

Step 3:

  • Put salt and pepper (as much as you like… taste it)

Done!
