Garlic Creamy Pasta with Shrimp and Baby Spinach
Cook your dinner in 30 min!
Ingredients
1 pound Shrimp
Pasta
Baby spinach
Freshly ground pepper
Salt
6 cloves garlic, chopped
olive oil
1/8 cup of butter
White wine
Heavy Cream
Let’s cook!
Step 1:
Boil a pot of water and cook your pasta until Al dente
Drain the water, put aside the pasta for later use
Step 2:
- Turn medium heat
- Put olive oil (about 2 tablespoons)
- Put the lovely shrimps in the pan and fry until pink (cooked)
- Put in all the chopped garlic
- Put the pasta in and pour in the heavy cream until almost (but not) cover the pasta
- Turn the heat on a little bit… put in the butter and wait until the cream gets sticky
- Pour in two tablespoons of white wine
- put in the baby spinach and stir for 1 min
Step 3:
- Put salt and pepper (as much as you like… taste it)
Done!
