Gently cut the surface of the chicken wings
In a small bowl, mix salt, soy sauce, honey, pepper, and cooking rice wine together
Put the chicken wings into a ziplock bag, and pour in the marinade mix. Massage the chicken wings to rub in the marinade. Put the chicken wings in the fridge and marinate for one hour.
While the chicken wings are being marinated, cut the tomatoes into wedges, and slice the half of a lemon
Preheat the oven to 400 F. Alternate between wings and tomato wedges next to each other on the pan. Season the chicken wings with rosemary and basil leaves and place the lemon slices on top.
Roast the wings in the oven for 20 minutes at 400 F
After 20 minutes, take out the wings and glaze honey on the wings.
Broil in the oven for 2 minutes
