How to Cook Bourbon Ribeye – The Easy way
This recipe is perfect for dinner at a busy weeknight, or for a romantic at-home dinner date. This classic bourbon ribeye steak only takes about 15 mins to prep, and only 8 mins to cook.

Ingredients
| 8oz Ribeye Steak | 2 |
| Fresh Sage/rosemary | 2 |
| Garlic | 2 cloves |
| Butter | Half Stick |
| dried dill | 2 tablespoons |
| Bourbon | 3 tablespoons |
| Olive Oil | – |
| Onion Powder | 1 tablespoon |
| Pink Salt & Freshly ground black pepper | – |
Direction:
- Season the ribeye (15 mins before cooking)
- Season both side of the ribeye with salt, pepper, onion powder
- Rub the ribeye with olive oil
- Pan sear
- Heat up the pan on high and put one tablespoon olive oil in the pan
- Wait until the pan is very hot to sear your steaks.
- Pan sear steaks 4mins per side(only flip them one time!)
- Put sage and rosemary, and garlic in the pan
- Put 1/4 stick of butter in the pan
- Use a spoon to keep basting the butter on the steaks
- Pour one tablespoon of whiskey on the steak and let it sizzle
- Take the steaks out

- Bourbon steak Sauce
- In the same pan (don’t need to clean), sprinkle some dill weed, onion powder, salt, sauté a little bit
- Pour 2 tablespoons of whiskey in the pan. simmer and reduce the sauce
- Spoon pan sauce over the steak and serve
