Japanese Soy Marinated Soft-Boiled Egg

- 1 clove Garlic
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Mirin
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 cup Soy sauce
Bring a pot of water to a boil and gently lower the eggs into the water.
Let the eggs cook for 6 minutes, then remove them from the pot and place them in a bowl of ice water.
While the eggs are cooling, mince the garlic and mix it with soy sauce, honey, and minrin in a tupperware.
Once the eggs are cool, remove the shells and add the eggs to the marinade.
Let the eggs sit in the marinade for at least 6 hours for best flavor. Keep refridgrated.
