Ingredients

  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil and gently lower the eggs into the water.
  • Let the eggs cook for 6 minutes, then remove them from the pot and place them in a bowl of ice water.
  • While the eggs are cooling, mince the garlic and mix it with soy sauce, honey, and minrin in a tupperware.
  • Once the eggs are cool, remove the shells and add the eggs to the marinade.
  • Let the eggs sit in the marinade for at least 6 hours for best flavor. Keep refridgrated.
